Who's Watching?
by Jacelyn Yap

A fish is standing upright, with many eyeballs on its face, and wearing a Japanese schoolgirl sailor uniform. A flower stalk emerges from its mouth, and the flower has a giant eyeball in it, making eye contact with the many fish-eyes. The text "WHO'S WATCHING?" is in the background, with the "?" right above the fish's head. The background is bright pastel gradients with blobs of white.

Jacelyn Yap (she/her) recently started focusing on her art proper, having persevered through an engineering major and a short stint as a civil servant.
